Fruit......?

Does fruit make you put on weight?

Is the calories and carbs in fruit bad for you?

What fruits are there that dont have many carbs or cals?

Im trying to lose 10-13kgs in 2-3weeks!

Fruit......?
Fruits are wonderful to you and your body. They are full of much needed nutrients, and they make you feel full.

Take apple for example. They are completely healthy, and only 81 calories for a medium sized one. That's really good. It also has fiber, which helps you to stay full for longer. If you eat half an apple or a handful of nuts before you eat a meal, you will feel less hungry, and therefore, eat less calories in the longrun.

Peaches are like 40 calories each. Bananas are about 110, I believe. Watermelon is VERY low calorie, because it is water based. Grapes are usually around 5 calories each. Go to calorie-count.com. You can look up every fruit imaginable.

Basically, what I'm trying to say is that a diet consisted of mainly fruits, veggies (also extremely low cal. Lettuce is 20 calories for a cup. Pickles are five cal each. Celery is the lowest cal thing in exsistence besides water it seems.) and lean meat/protein will make you lose weight.

Good luck! If you need any help (what can I say, I'm a diet/health nerd), feel free to message me. ;)

fruits like pineapple, watermelon, and other sweet ones are worse off for a weight loss diet.

but you can eat any fruit in moderation - except maybe dates... they have a high glycemic index, higher than a baguette.
