Blueberries!

"Researchers at the USDA Human Nutrition Center (HNRCA) have found that blueberries rank #1 in antioxidant activity when compared to 40 other fresh fruits and vegetables. Reply:Oranges are a good source of the vitamins inositol and vitamin C. As well as, of the mineral potassium. Inositol is involved in controlling the amount of calcium, the break down of fats and reducing blood cholesterol among other functions. Potassium assists in muscle contraction and in maintaining fluid and electrolyte balance in body cells. Potassium is also important in sending nerve impulses as well as releasing energy from protein, fat, and carbohydrates during metabolism. A deficiency of this mineral can cause muscle weakness, paralytic ileus, ECG abnormalities, decreased reflex response, and in severe form respiratory paralysis and alkalosis and arrhythmia.

Research has indicated that diets high in potassium can reduce the risk of hypertension. Some people with kidney disease are advised to avoid large quantities of dietary potassium.

Bananas are a good source of vitamin B6 and the minerals manganese and potassium. Note: At high levels manganese can cause damage to the brain, liver, kidneys, and the developing fetus. Its biological role is to serve as a cofactor to many different enzymes.

Reply:well all fruit is healthy. some people get the misconception that they can eat fruit whenever they want because its healthy, but you really shouldnt. most fruits have high, naturally occuring sugars, so it would be best eat fruit in the morning or during lunch. i wouldnt eat fruit after about 6 PM or about 5 hrs before bedtime because of the high sugar levels. but overall, all fruit is very healthy and natural to eat in moderation.
Reply:dingle berries- why not
