Fruit diet?

i am on a fruit diet i only eat fruits for snacks and breakfast....what kinds of things can i make with fruits cuz im kinda getting bored of apple sauce and fruit salad....lately ive just benn eating apples bananas strawberries,mandarin oranges grapes pineapple what is something i can make like a meal maybe

Smoothies are real good. freeze the friut and blend it together with orange juice.
Reply:Lol, very cool! I would make a smoothie, I had one yesterday and it's great since it's So Hot here...But anyways, Good luck with that diet ;-) Why not add veggies? They're better than fruits in a way with the greens :-)

make a fruit triffal add as many different fruits as you like and layer it in a glass with plain and falvoured yoguart.


stew your fruits in a saucpan n serve up with low fat yoguart and lemon rind.

Bake the fruit with nuts and granola and brown sugar





blend fruit and juice and make your own Popsicles

I like the grilling idea. You could make kababs where you stick grilled fruit on a skewer and eat it. Yummm.





That's really all I can think of. It's hard to come up with recipes with ONLY fruit. Eating raw food is a lot easier than eating only fruit. Try doing a raw diet where you can eat vegetables as well and other things. On a raw diet you can make pizzas and other things you'd never imagine you could eat with raw food.

Reply:I would go out anf get some exotic fruit like mango and grill it with seasoning...there is a great recipe on foodnetwork.com. Also, add some veggies to your diet...all that sugar can not be healthy for you!
