Losing weight, fruit and breakfast problem!!!?
Sapphire, you need to add some protein, carbs and Veggies! (frozen, canned, steamed, or raw.)

Protein: Fish, chicken, lean meat, eggs, nuts.

Carbs: Whole wheat bread, dark rice, pasta, potatoes. Those things will NOT make you gain weight. Just get some lowfat margarine.

Bless you and good luck! :)
Reply:skipping breakfast will make you gain more weight once you start eating. your body will try to conserve fat because it knows you lack it. eating no crabs or protein will also make your metabolism go into arrest and stop working. eat BREAKFAST big meaty ones. andthen leave the fruits and yogurt for the rest of the day. but youre young. enjoy eating fattening food while you can. SERIOUSLY. you will regret it. you have your whole life to go on a diet.
Reply:I don't think you need to worry too much about your weight at your age... at that time in your life, when you're still growing, your weight will move around a lot. Just make sure to eat healthy and indulge only once in a while.

As for your fruit log, I think it's fine. I do suggest, however, to start eating breakfast. That way, you won't need to eat anything until lunch. Also, if you eat brekkie, you won't have to eat after dinner since food is not needed in your system once you're heading for bed.

Fruit is not fattening... they hold a lot of good sugars. I suggest eating most of your fruits in the morning to give you energy for the rest of the day (along with a bowl of cereal for fibre). Also, since you love fruits, it'll give you something to look forward to when you wake up. :)
