What fruit juices can i drink during fruit fasting?
You shouldnt go on those diets because they make you gain weight quicker because when you stop doing the diet, the fatty stuff will stay in your body and the healthy stuff will go out. Also it's not good for you if you dont eat other dtuff like meat and vegetables.
