Would anyone buy fruit salad from a fruit stall?

The concept is : you would pick fruit from a fruit stall and i would make a fruit salad for you and also there is the option of having juice poured over or ice shavings.

Would anyone buy fruit salad from a fruit stall?
Sounds perfect especially for lazy people like me.

Reply:I love both ideas, have definitely had the fruit salad and made fresh is a novel idea, except how do you want to do that and serve the masses(have some ready and prepare continuously during the day, having the most popular fruit in abundance) and having also an abundance of ice shavings. This is a permanent location hopefully? Good luck!

Also, since you are going to have that generator to run the juice machine - why don't you take a blender too and sell smoothies - people love those - especially on a hot summer day.
