Best Way To Preserve Fruit For A Smoothie ?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Hi, i'm looking to know the best way to preserve fruit, for the longest time without losing any vitamins or nutrients, without adding any chemicals ect either. The fruit is meant for my smootihes so ideally it needs to be blended fruit in liquid form but it can be small precut pieces if that helps at all.

If someone could tell me what benifits these ideas i had would be:

*The blended fruit in an air-tight container,

*Small cut pieces of fruit vaccum formed

It is just so i can make a large quantity of my fruit smoothie without having to do it every day and clean up ect. It is very important it still keeps it's minerals ect and lasts for as long as possible. Anyone know how that INNOCENT SMOOTHIE company preserve there drinks for weeks and still keeps in the vitamins and minerals????

All help would be brilliant

Thanks a lot.

the best way is to freeze them, this way you keep all the nutrients

, by your fruits ripe, or ripe them yourself and then freeze it already all diced in any freeze plastic bag, make sure to take all the air out, stay good for 3 to 6 months
Reply:The BEST way, is to pre-cut, then to freeze, but lemon juice is the best preservative, that's natural. Good luck
Reply:either to freeze them or to buy the frozen kind at the store....they taste just as good!!!!
