Does anyone remember that fruit pastel ad from years back. Where a young boy had a packet of fruit pastels and he was on a journey to find the fruit pastel tree??? I really want to watch them :)

I remember the advert.
Fruit Pastels are made by Rowntree's, and they have put some old commercials on their web site:

It has the "I bet you can't put a Rowntree's fruit pastel in your mouth without chewing it", unfortunately, not the advert you were looking for.
A quick look on YouTube also did not reveal any results.
