Fruit diet?
An unbalanced diet is never a healthy thing. Not to mention, all of that sugar you're consuming (natural or not) is going to wreak havoc on your energy level sooner or later. Worst case scenario, your body could start metabolizing it for fat.

You can't eat just one type of food and expect to be healthy (and no, your 200 calories of "other" foods don't count. A 7 oz sirloin on it's own is 350 and it's only 1-2 servings of protein). You need to take everything in moderation. Too much of a good thing, makes it a bad thing.
Reply:It is good to eat a vaiety of fruits and vegetables. There is a large variety of fruit and vegetables in the markets and supermarkets today. Apart from serving them as an accompaniment to the main meal, they can be dishes in their own right.

Fruit and vegetables not only taste delicious, it add wonderful colour, flavour and texture to meals and snacks.

Eating the recommended daily intake of different fruit and vegatbales helps protect against heart diseases, stroke and some types of cancer.

Losing weight does not mean avoiding food. Instead, eat less food that is high in fat and added sugar. Eat a variety of plant-based food like whole grains, fruit and vegetables. These food provide bulk and promote the feeling of fullness.

Eat regular meals and avoid skipping meals as it may lead to overeating at subsequent meals.

Move more - Exercise

Reply:just becuase fruit is good it does not mean you can just live off it, you will end up very ill protein is absolutely vital for life and fruit contains very very little, eat sensinly, whole grains, lean meats, fruit and veg etc
Reply:well it depends how much your eating of the fruit. Fruit has a lot of sugar and sugar turns into fat. If your going to do that i would suggest a vegetable diet instead of the fruit.
