Fruit and fat loss????!!!!?

I have recently lost a good amount of weight. I have done cardio, cardio cardio through out the process and completely ignored weights. Now I see the benefits and am now toning my body due to ecess flab and loose skin that has developed over my weight loss. I have heard that when you are trying to lose fat and gain muscle that too much fruit is detrimental to the process. I have tried to cut down on fruit which is hard cus i love it so much but today i ate a medium apple , a peach and half of a medium bannana . is this too much fruit intake for fat loss and how much would be recommended to have ? By the way i ate these before my work out. Thank you for your answers :).

Fruit and fat loss????!!!!?
I believe fruit is fine but I also think you need protein since you

are trying to achieve good muscle tone.; If you don't like meat

get the protein powder and mix it with a vanilla yogurt in the blender

it's delicious...

I also have to loose weight due to "reactive hypoglycemia"

recently diagnosed and I was told it is pre-diabetic illness.

so I read up on it and found info......dieting with fruit, low fat

high protein should help me towards a healthier way of life

by way congratulations on your weight loss, it is such a hard

thing to accomplish.
Reply:i've never read that too much fruit is bad for muscle gain. but i guess since fruit has lots of sugar which might play a role in insulin production which in turn affects protein break down. so maybe.
Reply:Eat all the fruit you want!! Yes, they say that fruit has alot of unncessary sugar, but it has alot of beneficial things too. I would say eat all the fruit that you like, well maybe not all (dont go and eat like 10 apples a day) but eat as much as fufills you. Eating fruit as opposed to eating junk foods like chips, and ice cream is great! Keep up the good work, you'll be fine.
