Fresh Fruit Punch Recipe for children?

could any body please let me know how to prepare fresh FRUIT PUNCH.(no canned fruits plz)it must be the mixture of fruite with milk but plz do let me know what all fruits should we add to give the flavours.but do send the names of those fruits easily available in india. i want to prepare it for kids as they are very fond of having it in a restaurant.so do help me out with it. thanks

"FRUIT SALAD" SALAD SMOOTHIE

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 md Ripe peach


3/4 c Fresh OR frozen strawberries


1/2 Banana -- peeled


2 c Skimmed evaporated milk


-chilled


4 ts Frozen orange jc concentrate


1 t Vanilla


4-6 ice cubes


Cinnamon -- optional








Combine everything in blender except ice and cinnamon.


With blender running, add ice cubes one at a time.


Divide Smoothie into 4 chilled glasses and sprinkle


with cinnamon.

Tropical Smoothies





1/2 cup smoothie base (see recipe)


1/2 cup sweetened fruit yogurt or milk


2/3 cup flash-frozen fruit, divided (see recipe)


1 to 2 tablespoons rum or liqueur, optional








In blender container, combine base with yogurt or milk. Add about 1/3 cup of


each of any two fruits; whirl until pureed. Blend in rum or liqueur (such as


banana, coconut or melon).








Yield: 1 (16-ounce) serving








Flash-Frozen Fruit








1 (20-ounce) can pineapple tidbits in juice


2 bananas


1 mango


2 kiwi


1 papaya


1/2 pound strawberries








Drain pineapple well; set juice aside for smoothie base. Spread tidbits on


parchment-lined tray and freeze. Peel bananas, mango, kiwi and papaya;


remove seeds and pits. Cut all fruits into pieces about the size of the


pineapple tidbits. Stem and quarter strawberries. Flash freeze each fruit


separately on parchment. Keep fruits frozen in zipper bags or freezer boxes.








Smoothie Base








1 (12-ounce) can frozen tropical fruit juice concentrate, thawed


1 cup pineapple juice (drained from tidbits)








Pour concentrate into a quart jar or pitcher (do not add water). Stir in


pineapple juice; refrigerate.








Yield: 2 1/2 cups (enough for 5 smoothies).
Reply:I don't know what fruits are easily gotten for you but I would suggest any non-acidic fruits with milk like any berries (strawberry, blueberry, ect...), mango, banana even cherries. I would avoid pineapple and oranges with milk.
