Fruit juice/pulp?

what has more calories, the water in the fruit or the pulp. for example when juicing fruits..(all natural fruits.)

Fruit juice/pulp?
I would think the calories in the pulp is a small percentage of the total calories, but the pulp may contain other nutritional benefits such as fiber and additional vitamins and minerals.

Fruit juice is BAD for diets. It's high in sugar and spikes your insulin and just makes it difficult to loose weight.





If you eat WHOLE fruit, that's a lot better because the fiber in the fruit slows absorption to help prevent those spikes in blood sugar.





So, if anything, keep the pulp so at least the fiber in it can help a little bit.





Still, if you are looking to lose weight.. you need to cut out as muchl sugar as possible.
